This last year, Idaho Senator Dan Foreman, proposed end abortion legislation in Idaho.  This legislation went nowhere because Republican Senate Chair Jeff Siddoway refused to allow the bill into committee.  Jeff joins us to discuss Idaho politics, why the end abortion legislation was not allowed into committee, and why we don’t have a backbone to end abortion in Idaho.  Toby’s article on our Blogazine lays out the game plan for how states can end abortion, which you can find here.

In CrossPolitic news we discuss Harvard Law Journal’s article on why the 14th Amendment applies to the unborn, and Lewis CK’s standup covering abortion.
