If God is pleased with you, you cannot lose. He is in your midst and He is mighty to save. How do you know if God is pleased with you? Are you in Christ? Then You are in His beloved Son. He is not kind of pleased with you. He rejoices over you with singing and shouts of joy. This is the good news of the forgiveness of sin, the goodness of justification. God doesn’t just accept you begrudgingly, He accepts you like the Father in the parable running to meet His son. And if God rejoices over you like that. Then you can lead your family, you can go to work, you can open your business, you can go to church, and you can defy tyrants with a song in your heart.
